Mediation
Helping Families Reach Practical Agreements
Mediation is a confidential process that allows parties to resolve family law disputes outside of the courtroom with the assistance of a neutral third party like myself. Rather than having a judge decide the outcome, the parties work together to negotiate solutions that meet their family’s unique needs.
Mediation can be an effective option for resolving issues involving divorce, child custody, parenting plans, child support, property division, and other family law matters. Because the parties maintain control over the outcome, mediation often provides greater flexibility while reducing the emotional and financial costs associated with litigation.
As an experienced family law mediator, I facilitate productive discussions, help identify areas of agreement, and assist parties in exploring practical solutions. While I do not advocate for either party during mediation, I work to ensure that discussions remain focused, respectful, and productive. My goal is to help families reach durable agreements whenever possible.
